- I felt very frumpy today...khaki capris and a cardigan...not the best outfit for feeling spectacular in.
- How come I always seem to read books that have characters that are so much like me that it's like looking in the mirror?
- The Help was incredible. Book. Movie. All of it. Flat out incredible.
- Why won't he just call me? I'm getting a little frustrated by his lack of forward motion.
- But....I do like when we text.
- I'm feeling a bit better about the half-marathon that is in 4 weeks. After yesterday's 10K I was pretty discouraged. But I've picked myself up, dusted myself off, and know that I can do it in the allotted time.
- I love being busy...but at the same time, I'm ready for life to slow down. I feel like I have been on auto-pilot for the past few weeks.
- I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the past 3 hours...snuggled on the couch under a blanket completely engrossed in a great book with George sacked out beside me.
- I am so hoping the weather stays cool..or at least cooler than 90 degrees everyday.
That's it for today....dinner is calling! Well it's really not calling...the microwave is beeping telling me the leftover pizza is now at an appropriate temperate to consume.
